Jonathan Defez has over 15 years of technical sales experience, specializing in client-centered solution selling. He has worked with enterprise Voice and Data carriers, Managed Service, Systems and Network projects, and VoIP Phone Systems. Jonathan's expertise allows him to help businesses from 10-200 employees who are frustrated with their current IT provider or trying to do IT all on their own and need help with workplace productivity, security and backup, help-desk services, managed and hosted servers, and strategic planning. He is currently the Director of Sales and Business development at Optimum Networking, where he works closely with prospective clients. Previous positions include President at Denver Jewish Chamber of Commerce, Sales at Uncommon Solutions, Account Rep at XO Communications, Sales at Reignmaker Communications, and Account Manager at First Advantage SafeRent. Jonathan studied MSW in Social Work from the University of Denver and BA in Psychology from Beloit College.
