Gonçalo Vaz is an accomplished certified project management associate and SAP Solution Manager professional with expertise in Business Process Management, IT Service Management, and Scrum. Vaz holds a BSc in Computer Science Engineering and an MSc in Management Information Systems from Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa and Instituto Superior Técnico, respectively.

Throughout his career, Vaz has held various leadership roles at major corporations including ROFF, Coop Norge, and ICA Norge AS. In his most recent role as the Service Manager for Coop Norge at ROFF, Vaz managed a team and was responsible for the service delivery, support, and enhancement of SAP solutions. Previously, he served as the SAP Solution Manager Team Lead at ROFF and the Test Manager, SAP Solution Manager Consultant, and Project Manager at ICA Norge AS.

Vaz is distinguished for being a Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), Scrum Alliance, ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate IT Service Management, SAP Solution Manager Certified Technology Professional (P_SM_70), and SAP PI 7.1 Certification. Additionally, Vaz is skilled in ABAP, SAP XI/PI, EAI consulting, and implementation.
