Philippe Pierre

Philippe Pierre is a Consulting Partner at PwC with over 20 years of international experience. He is an Engineer with a Masters in Engineering Science from Penn State University. In his current position at PwC, he serves as the Global Lead Partner for the European Union Institutions and General Manager of PwC EU Services EEIG. In addition to his extensive experience serving clients across Europe, the US, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, Philippe is also an expert in policy advice and consulting, public reforms and modernisation, innovation, procurement, IT strategy and systems, processes, organization, governance, and international trade development. Prior to joining PwC, he lived and worked in the US for seven years for a global company involved in payment systems development, operations engineering, and corporate shared services. Philippe's client list includes the European Commission, European Parliament, European Investment Bank, European Court of Auditors, External Action Services, United Nations, OECD, and more.
