Nicole Neditch is a seasoned community engagement professional with diverse experience in government, tech, and the arts. She is currently the Senior Director of Community Engagement at Code for America, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving government services through technology. Prior to this, she worked as the Assistant to the City Administrator/Design & Digital Services at the City of Oakland, where she led initiatives to improve civic engagement and promote digital inclusion.
Neditch has also held leadership roles at several other organizations, including Common Knowledge Group, Beacon, and ActLocal. In addition, she has worked as an independent consultant and advisor for various companies, providing expertise in areas such as product development, data analysis, and community outreach.
Neditch has a background in the arts as well, having co-founded the Bay Area Visual Arts Network and served as co-director of the Oakland Art Gallery. She has also worked as a freelance web developer and designer for numerous organizations, including Creative Focus and TechTV.
