With a PhD in Engineering Design and Advanced Manufacturing and a Master's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Minho, Portugal, Carlos has a vast experience collaborating with globally renowned companies such as Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, and Bosch. As Executive Director of NNUNEXT LTD, he honed his abilities in project leadership, research and development, and innovation. Carlos is committed to sustainable solutions and is passionate about circular economy, product design and development, and life cycle analysis. His expertise and skills span across international project management, material science, recycling, and business strategy, and he is an experienced lecturer in the fields of structural analysis and simulation of manufacturing processes. However, Carlos is not just a man of science – he loves spending time with his family, playing bass guitar, and immersing himself in nature.
