Camilo Rojas
Camilo Rojas is an accomplished scientist and engineer whose vast experience in communication systems and technology entrepreneurship makes him a well-rounded professional. He obtained his Master of Science in Communication Systems and a Minor in Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland. Besides, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and in Physics from the Universidad de Costa Rica.
Before joining the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Rojas worked in various organizations worldwide, including CSEM, Logitech, Intel Corporation, Microelectronics Institute of Barcelona, Materials Science Institute of Madrid, Balseiro Institute of Argentina, and Sincrotron Light Laboratory of Brazil. He also worked as a Research Assistant at CICIMA, a research center for materials science and engineering.
His expertise and skills in research and development have seen him make significant strides in various areas, including communication systems, semiconductor technology, renewable energy solutions, data-driven web development, and much more. Rojas's interest in these areas goes beyond just his work and extends to academia, where he has published articles in reputable scientific journals and other publications.
