Maria Girlie Pascual is an accomplished real estate broker and a successful columnist and TV personality in the Filipino American community of Chicago. With over three decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Maria has held her position as one of the top 3 realtors with Realty Executives Advance in Schaumburg. Maria also anchors the Chicago Philippine Reports TV show on a local cable company since 1987 and writes for Via Times Newsmagazine.

Maria began her education at the College of the Holy Spirit in Mendiola, Manila, and later graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City. She continued her education in management classes at California State University in Los Angeles before honing her sales skills as a real estate broker in Chicago in 1989. Besides being a successful broker, Maria has also performed as a professional singer and actress in Los Angeles from 1979 to 1985.
