Leànne Viviers is a driven CEO and social entrepreneur with a passion for empowering underserved youth. With a strong background in project management, consulting, and creative problem-solving, she has delivered transformational projects across multiple disciplines across 3 continents. She studied at prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford Said Business School and Stellenbosch University, where she earned an MBA and B.Eng respectively. Leanne's commitment to excellence and results led her to found Mintor, an award-winning social enterprise that leverages chat-based tech to empower millions of unemployed people in Africa and worldwide.

Her professional endeavors include serving on various advisory boards, as well as working with organizations such as the Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, IFC-World Bank Group, Volans, Intel, and more. Leanne's experience in technology, human resources management, business development, strategy and operations, and AI applications equip her to devise and deliver large-scale shared value business innovations that drive sustainable socio-economic change globally.
