Mauricio Russomanno is a highly experienced executive with over 20 years of professional background in private and public multinational companies. With a global mindset and having lived and worked in several countries including the US, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, among others, Russomanno has demonstrated expertise in various industries such as energy, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, agribusiness, and construction.

Russomanno has held significant positions in operations and functional/corporate roles during assignments where he was responsible for turnarounds, restructuring, and growth projects. Some of the notable leadership positions he held include serving as the CEO and COO at Grupo Unipar, and Chairman of the Board at Clorosur and AAPVC. He also served as a Board member at Green Building Council Brasil and ABRAMAT.

Russomanno is an alumnus of several prestigious educational institutions, including Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Columbia Business School, and London Business School, where he studied Technology & Innovation, Engineering, and an MBA in Management.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for operational excellence, Russomanno has led numerous managing product and service business projects in the B2B and consumer market. His skillset has enabled him to innovate and create strong teams, making him successful in entrepreneurship and angel investment including being an angel investor at his initiative.

In his most recent role, Russomanno served as the Chairman of the Board at Abiclor – Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Álcalis, Cloro e Derivados, where he demonstrated his abilities in strategic planning and leading a team towards success.
