States Hines

States Hines is an accomplished executive with over 46 years of management experience in a variety of industries, including aerospace, electronics, manufacturing, and insurance. As a Chairman of Vistage/TEC group for more than 30 years, States has mentored and coached US, Caribbean and Bahamas-based CEOs and their direct reports to create and lead high-performance teams and organizations. He is also the founder of Vision 360, Inc. and a founding partner of YourCFO. States' extensive industry experience includes leadership roles in sales, engineering, manufacturing, and entertainment management.

States Hines has an AAS in Electrical and Music from Santa Monica City College, as well as completed business and music studies at Fresno City College. His specialties include CEO mentorship, board member recruiting, team building, corporate culture building, executive retreats, CEO recruiting, and merger culture preparation and building. In the past, he has served as President & CEO at Coatings Composites Corporation and Chairman of Vistage. States is also an alum of Caneel Bay, where he was a guest.
