Chris Myers

Chris Myers is an accomplished entrepreneur and investment professional with over 20 years of experience in technology ventures.

He started his career in investment banking and private equity at prestigious institutions like Goldman Sachs before transitioning to focus on early-stage ventures, particularly after his time at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

In 2009, Chris founded Athenian Partners, a company initially aimed at assisting early-stage companies with capital raising and strategic business development, which has now grown to offer comprehensive financial advisory and consultancy services.

Athenian Partners, under Chris's leadership, directly invests in companies alongside angel investors and venture capital firms, where he plays an active advisory or consulting CFO role, continually expanding the venture portfolio.

His areas of expertise include mobile apps, mobile platforms, mobile commerce, sports technology, wearables, geographic information systems, cybersecurity, and location-based services among others.
