Lydia Stolte is an accomplished senior manager with years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, and recruitment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Bestuurs- en organisatiewetenschap, as well as a Master of Science in Beleid, communicatie en organisatie, Advies en Verandering, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Lydia's impressive career includes various roles with The Kraft Heinz Company, one of the world's leading food and beverage companies. She has worked in the recruitment and talent acquisition departments, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing recruitment strategies, employer branding campaigns, and university relations programs. Lydia has also worked as a graduate recruiter for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and a recruitment sourcer for Deloitte Nederland. Prior to kickstarting her career, Lydia was a part of Faculteit Sociale Wetenschapen van de Vrije Universiteit te Amsterdam student panel and worked as an administrative employee for customer services at Onna Onna.
