Sostre's career spans across organizations such as WeWork, Google, and the NFL. At WeWork, he was a Labs Manager, and at Google, he served as the Director of User Experience for Like.com. His expertise includes UI & UX, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Website, Application, and Intranet Development.

Sostre is the CEO and Co-Founder at Navigate Accelerator and was also Venture Partner at Republic. He also worked as a fractional CMO for ServerPronto and as a Head of Product at Scala Pro. Sostre co-founded Black Helmet and has written a book, Web Analytics for Dummies. He studied Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen at Harvard Business School and holds a degree in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
