Kathy Harrington is a highly educated professional with experience in education and library sciences. After studying at San Francisco State University for her Multiple Subjects teaching credential and completing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare at the University of California, Berkeley, Harrington continued her education at both Foothill College and San Jose State University where she earned her Master's degree in Library & Information Science.

Through her professional journey, Harrington has held several positions, including International Student Advisor at UCSC Extension Silicon Valley, Library Clerk at City of Palo Alto, Library Assistant II at Palo Alto Unified School District, Customer Service Manager at Klutz, and IT Coordinator at Klutz. Her experience in libraries and education along with her management skills make her a valuable and versatile employee.

As an International Student Advisor, Harrington has helped students navigate the complexities of studying abroad and assisted them in finding resources to help them succeed. During her time at the City of Palo Alto and Palo Alto Unified School District, she honed her skills as a library sciences professional, ensuring that students had access to the best resources for their learning experience. At Klutz, Harrington gained valuable experience managing teams and coordinating projects, including overseeing IT operations.
