Andrey Gasyak is an experienced executive director, government relations expert, and project manager. He obtained a Specialist degree in Mathematical Methods in Economics and Risk Management from the Russian Economic University of G.V. Plekhanov, as well as a certificate in Innovation Entrepreneurship, Research Management, Technology Transfer, and Technology Commercialization from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS". To enhance his language skills, he completed a vacation course in Advanced Level Certificate, English, and Business English in Brighton, England.

Gasyak's professional journey has included working as the head of government relations for UMATEX Group, a company within the ROSATOM State Corporation. He also served as a project manager for the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, Fundraising & Government Relations Manager for Holding Company Composite, and an assessor/lecturer and consultant at the International Youth Forum SELIGER. In addition, he has worked as a financial analyst at Minerva-MISiS LLC and as an investment manager at Minerva Capital Partners. Gasyak currently holds the position of executive director at ANO «СОПК «Композиты без границ», where he leads the organization's efforts to develop composite materials.
