Carl Norberg is the founder of Turnpike Group, an organization focused on delivering digital marketing and e-commerce solutions. He is an expert in developing and executing strategies that drive customer growth and increase profitability. With over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, operations, and product development, Carl has a proven track record of building successful businesses.

Before starting Turnpike Group, Carl worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised some of the world's largest retail, consumer goods, and private equity companies on growth and operational improvement strategies. He also gained operational experience as a product manager at SquareTrade, where he led the development of new insurance products and managed the company's e-commerce platform.

Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

In addition to his work at Turnpike Group, Carl is an active supporter of various non-profit organizations, including the One Acre Fund and the Sierra Club.
