Instrumental in growing the Stack to a 10million turnover company. Control v Exposed (CvE) is a new service layer combining the transformational expertise of a consultancy, audience understanding of a media agency and the engineering chops of a tech company. We consult for brands on the optimal media operating model, in-housing digital capability and/or provide fully transparent and flexible service models for activation of digital media channels.

Key Duties:

I was involved in running Women in Tech meetups, also with my background in supporting Neurodiversity and D&I initiatives, I was invited to mentor at local schools, networking events, career cafe sessions and speaking at events.

Being an Ambassador and event organiser for Growing Women in IT, I spent my time mentoring and supporting a community that focuses in on the issues impacting the career development of female technology professionals today.

I was brought in to create a Cloud and Data division,  managing a team of 5 focusing on building client relationships across the UK, my role was business development, as well as leading a team of consultants from principal level to Junior consultants. Markets covered Cloud - GCP, AWS, Azure, Digital Change and Transformation, Advanced Analytics, Software Engineering, CDO, Data Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science and BI.

Key Achievements:
-  I was part of a leadership team responsible for running the office wide P&L
-  Team monthly and quarterly reviews
-  Creating individual career progression plans and having regular updates to make sure consultants were on target
-  Strategic client mapping within the Cloud, Data and Software sector

I launched the Client Partnership Division within Austin Fraser supporting a portfolio of key clients.  Primarily focused on Cloud, CyberSec, and Data working across a portfolio of clients with whom we have built strong relationships over the past few years.
-  Set up the Client Partnership / Account Management division within Austin Fraser
-  Managing all of the RFI, RFPs, and Bids
-  Reviewing terms of business for targeted clients
-  Business Development Director targeting new clients and accounts

I launched the Agile division with Austin Fraser, having attending external training with a leading Agile Coach, I set up a proven delivery model partnering with clients and candidates supporting their Agile journey. This was the foundation used for Austin Fraser Thames Valley Agile Meet Ups.

My network of Agile Practitioners have a demonstrable track record of delivery; I only work with certified, credible and experienced candidates.

My primary focus: Scrum Masters, Agile Practitioners (Project Managers/Analyst) Product owners and Coaches.

I launched the SAP division with Austin Fraser, working as a trusted partner within the SAP market, our sole focus is to provide the best talent to support SAP programmes and projects. Replicating this model, we successfully launched Austin Fraser's German office.

Specialising in providing SAP contract resource to a number of end clients and consulting partners within the UK. Supplying niche/exotic and core module SAP experts, we work across global and local projects covering the varying stages of the lifecycle, from blueprint through to go live and post-live support and training.

We provide tailored solutions to our client and candidates – these include SAP Independent and Employed resource, Consultancy and Strategic advisor.

I co founded Green Enterprise Intelligence (Now Incite BI) a start-up business, I started the business in partnership with Practicus Ltd, the core focus of the Green was to provide niche technology experts across a wide range of Digital, Data, ERP and BI disciplines.

Being a shareholder and Co-Founder in the business, I was involved in the defining the overall business strategy for Green, looking at market trends, current and future drivers, future innovative solutions and latest technologies. Before stepping down as partner, I helped lead the total rebrand from Green to Incite BI.

The primary function of my role was to develop new business and search and recruit specialist skills for clients within the UK.

Key Achievements:
- Team leading, mentoring, internal recruitment, corporate marketing and business strategy

- Working with end clients to understand the business requirements, current technical landscape limitations and then working within my trusted network to provide a robust solution to help meet the business needs.

Co-Founder and Contracts Director

Working for Osirian, a Niche and boutique SAP Consultancy, I built and established a global recruitment desk providing interim resource and Outcome based solutions (fixed price/T&M) to a range of clients. My focus was to build strategic relationships with clients who were deploying SAP on global scale placing teams of contractors to deliver against their project plans.

Key achievements:
- New business development, account management and built strategic relationships with senior executives and project sponsors both operational and IT.

- Gathered market intelligence on new/niche technologies which helped us direct our business proposition ensuring we were ahead of the curve on the latest trends.

- Built and established a SAP service delivery team to focus on the UK and International markets.

- Developed training & induction material and trained new consultants (chalk and talk/interactive).

- Mentored internal staff and led qualification workshops in process management, database efficiency and new business generation.
