Andrew Pajela is an accomplished and integrity-driven Training Officer at the Cedar Foundation, working towards a more inclusive society and promoting better opportunities for people with disabilities. Andrew's experience in the community and voluntary sector and local government has allowed him to work with people from all backgrounds and demographics, including refugees, senior citizens, and homeless people, among others. Andrew is highly-motivated and passionate about people, and his exceptional relationship building skills have allowed him to excel as a proactive leader and consummate team builder. Andrew is currently completing the Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, scheduled to finish early in May 2018.

In his spare time, Andrew is an avid runner and fitness fanatic, having completed 13 marathons to date. He has a keen interest in history and different cultures and enjoys traveling. Andrew is always striving to better himself, and his competitive streak is an excellent quality that enables him to excel in the workplace.
