Alex Chang is an accomplished product development leader with a wealth of experience in information technology. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and training in Engineering and Management Science from Stanford University, Chang has worked on a wide range of projects, including the development of enterprise Java web applications, PDA and embedded systems applications, and most recently, physical access control systems utilizing biometrics.

Chang has also made valuable contributions to the booming financial services industry, notably with LowerMyBills.com, where he pioneered the technical implementation of reselling debt relief leads resulting in an $8.2 million rise in yearly revenue. Chang is an expert in military information systems and security, which he demonstrated by developing one of the most advanced physical access control systems in the United States utilizing PKI, JavaCard, and biometrics for the United States Department of Defense and the U.S. Army Secure Electronic Transactions-Devices.

Chang's skills and expertise extend to international negotiations, mentorship, corporate formation and governance, product development, operations, and project management, among other areas. He is a former senior managing consultant for IBM Global Business Services and has held leadership positions in various organizations.
