Nisreen Haddad Rabie is a skilled accounting and finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting in the MENA region and the United States. Nisreen is currently based in Amman, Jordan, where she provides financial and accounting advice to start-ups, non-profits, and equity funds as a freelancer.

Starting her professional career at Deloitte in Seattle, Washington, Nisreen has worked on some of the country's most extensive global companies. In 2008, she relocated to Jordan, where she continued her career in public accounting with EY's Amman office and the wider MENA practice, leading audit positions.

Nisreen is an expert in accounting research and consulting on complex financial reporting issues under the US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). She has extensive experience leading financial statement audits and agreed-upon procedures audits following the International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Nisreen is an expert in investments transactions, business combinations, and employee benefit plans, including stock-based compensation, and she has assisted several clients, including venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and start-ups in restructurings and business acquisition transactions while offering training and workshop facilitation on the latest developments in IFRS.

Throughout her career, Nisreen has played a leading talent role in mentoring, motivating, and training audit team members. She also played leadership roles such as the Quality Enbalement Leader for EY's Amman, Iraq, and Libya offices, Audit Transformation Leader for EY's Jordan office, Office Training Leader for EY's Jordan office, and EY Global Assurance Learning Technical Reviewer.

Nisreen earned a degree in accounting at Central Washington University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) at Jami'at Al-Ulum wa Al-Tiknolojia Al-Urdunia.
