Kathleen Mahne has worked in the insurance industry for over thirty years, leading large customer service teams and overseeing technology product development. She has a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Lafayette College. With extensive experience driving transformational change and strategic innovation, Mahne is a seasoned "leader of people" who creates learning organizations that develop the potential in all of its people. She strives to innovate efficient member capabilities and exceptional experiences as a nationally recognized insurance authority. Her previous positions include being the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Claims at Allstate, as well as the Claim Field Director at the same company. Her current role is the President and CEO of Arbitration Forums, Inc.
