Michelle Lewis is a well-rounded professional with diverse experience across various industries. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Education from Stanford University and a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University. Her career has spanned teaching, language acquisition, public speaking, and customer service. Michelle's foreign language skills are a standout feature of her candidacy.

Michelle's career began as an Arabic linguist in the U.S. Army. She went on to become a Spanish/English teacher at Girls Preparatory School, where she also coached students in reading and writing. Michelle later taught English Language Arts at KIPP San Antonio and was an ESOL/Spanish teacher at Normal Park Museum Magnet School. As a Spanish instructor at Chattanooga School of Language, LLC, she helped students of all ages and backgrounds learn the language.

Michelle's experience is not limited to education. As a Destination Services Consultant at Global LTS - Language Translation Services, Michelle helped people from all over the world navigate life in the United States. She continued to provide excellent customer service as an Ambassador at Erlanger Health System.

Michelle's diverse work experience has also equipped her with excellent public speaking and coaching skills. Her passion for mentoring and coaching young people inspired her to become a Change Coach at East Ridge High School.

Michelle is an Experienced Educator, Coach, and Mentor and is currently seeking new opportunities where she can put her skills to use. She is a well-traveled and multilingual professional with interests in language acquisition, education, and customer service.
