Steven Hindes is an accomplished entrepreneur and general counsel with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, contractual documents, strategic business deals, and day-to-day legal issues. With 14 years of PQE, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Technology Sydney, and a dual UK/Australian nationality, Mr. Hindes has made a name in the corporate, commercial, property, travel, leisure, technology, hospitality, media, and telecommunications fields.

After years of analysing, structuring, negotiating, and closing legal transactions and being a partner at a mid-city commercial firm in Sydney, he established The Big Backyard, a company that produced and syndicated radio & TV programming to 1,500+ media outlets in 79 countries, to an audience of 60 million. His experience as a CEO, paired with his experience as a lawyer, made him an exceptional leader that can directly engage in resolving key issues, provide leadership for new and ongoing initiatives, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Mr. Hindes is currently the General Counsel at MKM Capital, where he uses his extensive legal experience and effective management expertise to align legal objectives with business needs to improve the bottom line. In addition, he is also the creator/writer of a TV drama series currently in development in the UK.
