Levente Hunyadi is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in both academia and the computer software industry. He has worked with various companies, including IBM Watson Media, Ericsson, and Nokia, and has contributed to numerous open-source projects. Hunyadi is interested in multi-paradigm and domain-specific languages, distributed systems, automated software engineering, and portable software.

Hunyadi holds a PhD in parameter estimation and model reconstruction problems from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where he graduated summa cum laude. He also has a master's degree in software design and distributed systems, which he earned with honors from the same university. His previous work as a PhD candidate in BME Department of Automation and Applied Informatics and as an R&D software engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks has given him the ability to use his previous knowledge to solve new and complex problems, making him a valuable asset to any team or organization.

Currently, Hunyadi serves as an Engineering Specialist at Kheiron Medical, where he applies his expertise in crafting high-performance applications, cross-platform solutions, and team leadership experience in an agile context. He is also a former Tech Lead at IBM Watson Media, Senior Software Engineer/Architect at LogMeIn, and System Architect at Ericsson Research and Development. Hunyadi has teaching experience in software architecture, web technologies, functional and logic programming, and enjoys speaking and writing on technical subjects.
