She has worked with C-level executives and upper management personnel in both the public and private sectors, providing customized national courses in areas such as public speaking, collaborative negotiation, sales presentations, branding, workplace conflict resolution, stress, and more. Irene is also a personal coach specializing in public speaking training for individuals and small groups, and a Texas-credentialed mediator with over 13 years of experience mediating court mandated cases in various industries. She has a BBA from The University of Texas at Dallas - School of Management, and has also studied sustainability leadership programs at the University of North Texas and the University of Texas at Arlington. Currently, Irene is the President of VerbaCom® Executive Development and was formerly the Principal at IN Mediation Services.
