He holds an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and a BS in Mathematics from Villanova University.

Throughout his career, Frank has collaborated with government agencies, small and mid-size firms, and non-profits to provide leadership development, process improvement, and human capital performance. He has counseled C-level executives to optimize their leadership skills and drive effective change management.

Frank has held principal and leadership positions in various organizations, including Perras Consulting and Accenture, where he provided valuable consultancy services. His expertise includes facilitation, executive coaching, business development, and metrics development.

Currently, Frank is involved in various non-profit organizations as a dedicated volunteer, serving his community while also sharing his vast leadership knowledge and skills. He has been a board member for Ayre Lighting Group and worked as the Director for Bell Atlantic Business System Services.
