Emma Pfohman is a highly accomplished individual with an impressive background in public service, politics, and community organizing. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Fordham University, and has studied Geography and War Studies at King's College, London. Emma also completed a Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Public Service at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
Throughout her career, Emma has held several high-profile positions in the public sector, including Chief of Staff of the Mayor's Office of Media & Entertainment at the City of New York, Deputy Chief of Staff at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development, and Senior Project Manager for Government & Community Relations at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. She has also worked in several policy advisory roles and as a Community Organizer at Citizens UK.
Notably, Emma has been heavily involved in NYC's COVID-19 Emergency Response efforts, working on the NYC Vaccine Command Center's Mobile Vaccine Bus Operations team. Her experience and expertise in public service, politics, and community organizing have made her a respected leader in her field.
