ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :•	Managing and motivating team to ensure efficiency and achieve monthly targets.•	Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.•	Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.•	Analyzing and interpreting sales for future planning.•	Implementing Information Technology to record sales figures for trend analysis & future        planning.•	Dealing with staff issues and motivating them for giving best results.
