Ronen Koehler is a seasoned organizational consultant and executive with extensive experience in leadership and personnel management. With a strong academic background from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Stanford University, Koehler has played a significant part in growing global technology companies, having previously held executive positions such as Global Head of People & Culture at Outbrain and Check Point Software Technologies, where he was also the Global Head of Human Resources and Head of Sales Administration. Additionally, Koehler has served in the Israeli Navy, reaching the ranks of Submarine Commanding Officer and Missile Corvette Commanding Officer.

As a senior executive consultant at Organizational Growth Consulting and a former board member at Vector Hovlim Accelerator and ADAM CogTec, Koehler brings his expertise in organizational and HR advising to help young companies grow. He has also served as a mentor for AKT LABS HR Tech Accelerator Program and an advisor for BeyondBenefits and Manto AI.

Koehler's love for sailing is evident as he was a sailor in a personal quest at Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. His key strengths are in the organizational challenges that come with growth, and he is a graduate of the Dynamics of Consulting program and the Organizational Consultant program at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
