Sachs has held several high-level positions in the industry, including Vice President of Legal for New Product Initiatives at Remitly, Associate General Counsel at Meta's Novi, Partner at Venable LLP, and Of Counsel at Paul Hastings. Additionally, Sachs has served as Senior Counsel for Enforcement Strategy at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and as Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office.

Sachs' broad range of expertise covers various areas within the industry, including payments, distributed ledger technology, risk and regulatory compliance, and product development.
