Ann Korando is a highly accomplished and dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience working with organizations in establishing their vision, organizing, managing, and implementing processes to achieve effective outcomes. She is known for designing effective strategies and "big ideas" to rapidly increase issue/brand awareness while recruiting and mobilizing resources, funding, people, and partners to achieve them. Her expertise lies in creating innovative STEM educational programs for corporations and philanthropy, successfully developing cross-sector partnerships between governments, corporations, philanthropy, and the social sector. Korando's strong leadership and management experience has led her to work both domestically and internationally.

Korando is the President of BBF&K consulting, a premier consulting practice that works with large non-profit organizations, corporations, and high net worth individuals to build programmatic and portfolio strategy for their organizations, especially in education and STEM related fields. She specializes in working with organizations to design and create signature educational programs with cross-sector partners, including corporations, non-profits, and governments. This includes fundraising, outreach, strategic partnerships, and public relations strategies to promote existing programming. She has successfully raised over $200 million throughout her career.

Korando studied Non-Profit Executive Management Program at Georgetown University, obtaining a Non-Profit Executive Management Certificate. She also studied BS, Human Development at Vanderbilt University, obtaining Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, General for four years.
