Margareth Del Cid
Margareth Del Cid is a clinical psychologist with a passion for social advocacy and culturally humble mental health care. Her research focuses on understanding the impact of sociopolitical factors on psychological well-being, particularly in Latinx immigrant and justice-involved youth. Del Cid is committed to providing culturally sensitive care to marginalized populations who have experienced trauma, discrimination, and chronic stress. She has a PhD and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University, as well as a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University and additional training in developmental psychology from the Teachers College of Columbia University. Del Cid has worked as a clinical psychology postdoctoral fellow at the University of California, San Francisco, as well as in roles at Kaiser Permanente, San Mateo County Behavioral Health & Recovery Services, and Gronowski Clinic.
