Kiran Darisi is a highly experienced cloud architect with a proven track record of developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructures. She completed her education at dr srk school in Nellore and Sri Venkateswara University. Kiran has held key career positions with some of the leading technology companies in the industry. She progressed from Software Engineer at Zoho Corporation to Lead Engineer, then Senior Software Engineer at Accenture Technology Solutions. She then joined Freshworks where she began as a Senior Software Engineer and worked her way up to Director Technical Operations and, eventually, Vice President of Engineering.

In her current role, Kiran is responsible for leading the development of Freshworks' cloud architecture, overseeing the design and implementation of highly scalable and reliable cloud-based services. She leverages her expertise in cloud computing, scalability, and performance to drive the development of highly optimized, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructures that enable Freshworks to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
