Judy Issokson is a seasoned practitioner in the field of Organizational Development, Business Integration, and Executive Coaching. Armed with an innovative and resourceful approach, she has spearheaded numerous integrated strategies, creative solutions, & business-driven interventions for her clients. In her previous roles at Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, and Apple Computer, she has led several organizational change strategies for Sales, Marketing & Support, internal mergers, split transitions, and large system implementations. Judy has also designed and implemented worldwide management curriculum and conducted training programs for sales, service & support organizations. A graduate of Northeastern University with a Doctor of Education degree and Master of Education degree, Judy also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at The Honor Foundation and previously owning her own business, Issokson & Associates, she has also been a member of several organizations in various capacities, including FuseCorps, Jackson Hole Group, Teleos Leadership Institute, San Diego OD Network, UCSD Extension, Authentic Leadership Institute, OD Network, and more.
