Isha Gada is a seasoned program manager with over six years of experience in strategic planning and leadership. She has contributed to the growth and expansion of several companies in the nonprofit, healthcare, and technology sectors by delivering effective administration, optimizing business processes, and providing comprehensive learning opportunities. Isha is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where she studied Engineering Management and worked as a Teaching Assistant in Marketing at Tuck School of Business. She also holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute. Throughout her career, Isha has gained valuable expertise in lean solutions, process optimizations, data analysis, learning and development, employee relations, KPIs, program delivery, onboarding, and talent management.

Isha has worked in several organizations, including Refrigerative Supply Limited, where she is currently serving as Manager - Learning and Development, and The Global Minds Collective, where she led their Global Mental Health Systems Innovation Certificate. She has also served as an Education Program Manager and Learning Management System Consultant at Mennonite New Life Centre and a Learning Management System Consultant at Hospice Palliative Care Ontario, among others.

In addition to her extensive experience in program management, Isha has also worked as a Career & Growth Coach, a Solution Analyst, a Senior Analyst, and an Operations Intern.
