Rashad D Staton

Rashad D Staton is the founder of Catalyst Of Change, LLC, a consulting agency dedicated to youth engagement and programming, focusing on positive youth development outcomes.

With a background as a youth leader and extensive involvement in various organizations, including serving as a U.S. Congressional Page House of Representatives, Rashad brings a wealth of experience to his work in the community.

An alumnus of Morgan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Rashad has held leadership positions such as Vice President of Student Government Association and President of National Pan Hellenic Council.

Currently serving as the Youth Engagement Specialist at Baltimore City Public Schools, Rashad oversees youth programming and initiatives at high school sites, emphasizing student literacy, leadership, and empowerment.

Rashad has participated in prestigious fellowships such as the Campaign for Black Male Achievement, BMe Social Vanguard Fellowship, and the Center For Urban Families' Practitioner Leadership Institute, showcasing his commitment to community development.

Additionally, Rashad is actively involved in various boards, including My Brother Keepers Baltimore, Art With A Heart, Baltimore Votes, and Our Maryland, contributing to his influence in fostering positive change and advocating for youth empowerment.
