Brittany Richard is a highly dedicated and hard-working individual who is recognized for her exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. With a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from Wesleyan University, and a B.S.B.A in Sport Management from Western New England University, she has gained an extensive background in the field of fundraising and development.

As Associate Director of Annual Giving at Connecticut College, Brittany is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, managing a team of gift officers, and building and maintaining relationships with donors. Prior to her current role, she served as Associate Director of The Wesleyan Annual Fund and Assistant Director of The Wesleyan Fund at Wesleyan University, where she was instrumental in securing donations and building strong relationships with alumni.

During her earlier years, Brittany gained practical experience in the sports industry as a Ticket Sales Associate at Providence Bruins and as a Game Day and Office Intern at Pawtucket Red Sox Baseball Club. She also served as a Tournament Office Intern at International Tennis Hall of Fame and Museum, and as a Phon-a-thon Student Supervisor at Western New England University.

Brittany is creative, outgoing, and successful in working independently or collaboratively. With a passion for helping organizations achieve their goals and increase their impact, she has developed expertise in fundraising, development, relationship building, and donor stewardship.
