Joseph Zhang, a Yale University graduate, is a versatile individual who has established himself as an entrepreneur, writer, and advocate for equal opportunities for high school students. Through his online publication, Businesses With Stories, he interviews CEOs of various startups to highlight their unique journeys and inspire others. Additionally, he is a Co-Founder and Co-CEO at The Internship Initiative LLC, where he helps high school students break through the barrier of finding internships in high skill industries.

In high school, Joseph excelled in various areas such as debate, poetry, and business. He is a double qualifier for the debate Tournament of Champions and CFL nationals for two years and was a finalist at the International Career Development Conference for DECA for three successive years. Furthermore, he finaled in the state Poetry out Loud competition three years in a row out of more than 20,000 participants.

Aside from his entrepreneurial and advocacy pursuits, Joseph also has an interest in web development, particularly with React, Flask, Django, and AWS. He also focuses on building excellent sales pipelines.
