Justin Harward is a successful sales leader with extensive experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry. After beginning his career as a customer service representative for his father's PEO, Justin developed valuable sales traits and techniques, along with an eye for identifying and developing top sales talent. Justin's positive attitude and thoughtful listening have become his hallmark characteristics. He led a PEO to annual revenues in excess of $150 MM and became a partner and Vice President of Sales at 1 Source Business Solutions, LLC. Justin holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Utah.
