Priti Joshi, currently the Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Bumble, started her career with a decade of experience working as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Priti has an undergraduate degree from UT Austin and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Management from The Wharton School.

At Bumble, Priti played a significant role in launching Bumble in India via a localized marketing and product plan and also expanding Bumble's services and growth in Mexico. She created the Marketing Analytics team that enabled Bumble to develop data-driven insights for sustainable growth in existing and new markets. Priti is a passionate leader focused on both team and individual development, and building impactful, dynamic, and enjoyable work environments.

Priti's accomplishments have been recognized not only among her peer group but also by the media. She has been featured in several publications including CNBC, Wall Street Journal, BBC, Fast Company, NYTimes, Vogue India, Business Insider, and Exhibit. Priti has also spoken on panels, global podcasts, and at user conferences on various topics - such as empowering women in tech, ending misogyny on a global scale, and balancing art and science when making strategic business decisions.
