Before she became the Director of Destinations at Little Canada, she honed her skills as a Manager for Production, Retail Marketing & Corporate Events, Events & Partnerships, and Events & Special Projects in various companies, including Aurora Cannabis Inc., T•O Corporate Services (T•OCS), and Fervent Events Inc. She started as a Special Events Intern at KPMG Canada before becoming a Freelance Creative Producer & Strategist and landing her first managerial role as an Account Coordinator at Distill Strategic Inc. Christie studied Associate's degree, Special Event Management at George Brown College, which prepared her well for the competitive and dynamic world of experiential marketing.
