With over 15 years of experience in the field, Alicia has worked with global technology brands, leading technical communication strategy for IBM as well as holding various roles such as Chief Enablement Strategist, IBM Cloud, and Senior Brand Marketing Strategist at IBM. Her experience also includes previous roles at Sprint, Networx Communication Corp., and Correct Path Publishing. Alicia has a College Prep diploma from Lincoln College Prep, studied at Gladstone Academy for Performing Arts and Sciences, and earned her BA in Communication and Media Studies from Loyola University of Chicago.
