Gina M. Fromer, Ph.D., is a highly accomplished organizational leader, life coach, and educator with over 30 years of experience in the non-profit industry. As a consultant, executive coach, and motivational speaker, she has helped many individuals and organizations achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Dr. Fromer holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Organizational Leadership.

Dr. Fromer has held several leadership positions in various organizations throughout her career, including Chief Executive Officer at Children's Council of San Francisco, California State Director at The Trust for Public Land, and District Vice President at YMCA of SF, among others. She has also served as an executive coach and consultant for Fromer Consulting, where she provided personalized coaching and consulting for individuals and organizations to help them achieve their goals.

Dr. Fromer is also actively involved in various professional organizations and has served on several boards and commissions, including as a member of Chief, Board Member for Doctoral Students at Forbes School of Business & Technology of Leadership Professionals, and Appointed Commissioner-Chair at Southeast Community Facility Commission, among others.
