He is a skilled Player-Coach, with a track record for developing high-performing teams in agency and in-house settings. He has worked with some of the world's leading brands, contributing to their success through his breadth of experience, strategic thinking, and passion. His portfolio includes work as an Associate Creative Director, Senior Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, among other positions.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design from Wanganui School of Design. He has a strong dedication to positively shaping the organizations he works with and takes pride in delivering quality work that aligns with his clients' overall goals.
