Eilev Haukaas is a business professional and innovator challenging the traditional way of doing things. He holds a Master's degree in Business Analysis and Performance Management from the Norwegian School of Economics, where he also earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration. He pursued his passion for innovation and completed his MSc in Economics & Business Administration with a Minor in Innovation from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley.

Haukaas has gained extensive experience in various organizations, including serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Dyrket.no AS, where he spearheads the company's operational initiatives. He has also served as the Fleet Manager at foodora, an International Relations Intern at Silicon Valley Forum, and a Member of the Board at NHH - Norwegian School of Economics.

Additionally, he is a Founding Community Member of FutureTalks, where he has also held the position of Co-Head of Conference and Head of Finance. He was also the Chairman of the Board of the Elevbedrift Atraa Class Photos and the Head of Programme as well as Marketing Manager at The NHH Symposium.
