Jon has a diverse educational background, having studied Arbetsledare, ASM och BSM, and received top marks in both courses at McDonald's in Sweden. He also achieved a Väl Godkänd (highest grade) in Diplomerad Marknadsekonom DIHM, Marknadsföring, Ekonomi & Verksamhetsstyrning from the IHM Business School.

Jon's professional experience encompasses different roles in service, sales, and business development, including as the founder of Anchor Music Group, Shift Manager/Drift Manager at McDonald's, Regional Försäljningschef, Distriktssäljare, and Affärsområdeschef/Area Manager - Consumer & Resale Business at Svenska Lumon AB. Prior to his consulting firm's establishment, he spent several years serving as a member of the leadership team of a building industry's business area, overseeing almost 40 employees.

Jon's expertise is in management consulting, leadership coaching, and operational development. He has worked in various industries, including the music industry, construction industry, and fast-food industry, and has dealt with people from different cultures, enabling him to understand better and appreciate various viewpoints. Jon starts with an individual level focus, promoting the development of people, which leads to the formation of strong teams and successful firms.

Jon's interest in positive community impact led him to participate in different non-profits during his early years, primarily focused on avoiding alienation among younger people by contributing positively to society. He enjoys seeing and helping others reach their full potential and focuses on creating an inclusive environment towards achieving individual, as well as company success.
