Vangelis practices in the areas of Commercial and Corporate Law, M&A, Energy, Banking & Finance and Litigation/Arbitration. He has acted as counsel and lead counsel in some of the largest privatisation projects in Greece. He works closely with corporate and finance clients and his capital markets experience covers advising investment banks and debt and equity issuers in numerous IPOs of Greek companies covering most industry and financial sectors.  He has represented buyers, sellers and financial institutions in various investment projects and all types of acquisitions and dispositions, including energy development projects, health care related companies, e-commerce and communications related businesses, IT services and products companies, and many types of companies on industrial and financial services. His trial and litigation experience covers a wide gamut of areas, including complex commercial lawsuits, banking, securities and insurance litigation and intellectual property and employment disputes.Evangelos serves as outside general counsel to a number of publicly-held entities and has extensive experience in corporate counseling as to disclosure matters, restructurings and a wide variety of business-related legal matters.
