Christopher Escalona
Christopher Escalona is an experienced professional with a master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Management from Roskilde University. He also has specializations in Project Management from the University of California, Irvine, and Sustainable Business Strategies from The Wharton School. With a proven track record of delivering transformative results in sustainable management and responsible business conduct, Christopher's areas of expertise lie within CSR governance, SDG strategy design and implementation, impact modeling, and leading and implementing responsible business procedures. Additionally, he advises on how to manage material issues in relation to adverse impacts on human rights. Christopher has solid experience in establishing and monitoring sustainability and impact measurement. He is an adaptive critical thinker and highly analytical in his approach.
Christopher has previously worked as a Project Manager - Sustainability at TechBBQ, a member of the generational climate council at Radikale Venstre, an Occasional Guest Lecturer at Roskilde University, and a Senior Fellow at Humanity in Action. Christopher has a passion for mainstreaming and democratising sustainability, and he believes that hybrid business models, together with a strong foundation in ensuring respect for human rights, can help achieve better and more responsible business results in line with the necessary changes for realising a full sustainable transition.
