Barbara Malobecki is an accomplished professional who has extensive experience and expertise in the fields of leadership, human resource management, and education. She holds Masters degrees in both Leadership and Human Resource Management from Northeastern University, as well as in Education from Wroclaw University. She has also studied Elementary School Preschool Education at A. Mickiewicz University.

She has also served as a Recruiting Coordinator at Litle & Co. and as a Human Resources Administrator at Lab Medical Manufacturing, Inc. and Brandeis University.
