Delaney Swink (she/her)

Delaney Swink is a University of Oregon, Robert D. Clark Honors College alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (International Nonprofit Management) and Romance Languages (Spanish and French). Her thesis focused on "Morocco's Islamic Feminism" and earned her the highest honors.

After graduation, Delaney received a grant from the American Translation Association for a poetry translation project from Spanish to English. She traveled to Chile to work closely with the poet for a bilingual poetry collection.

Delaney embarked on a 10-week road trip, covering 9,400 miles, 46 cities, and 6 National Parks in the US.

Currently, Delaney is the Volunteer & Development Coordinator at the New Mexico Immigrant Law Center (NMILC) in Albuquerque, working towards justice and equity for low-income immigrant communities.

Her role involves engaging with volunteers and innovating nonprofit development practices for community-centric fundraising.

Delaney's educational background includes studies in Human Rights and Multiculturalism in Morocco, Spanish studies in Chile, and a high school study abroad program in Japan.

She has held various positions in organizations like New Mexico Immigrant Law Center, Generation Justice, University of Oregon, and MAPLE Microdevelopment.
